Thank you for the specially designed two-day program “Powerful Collaboration” (in 2024) upon individual request, specially designed for the GASO change process.

Competent, professional and charismatic lecturers Anna Fišere - Kaļķe, Jānis Paksis and Ilze Seisuma effectively shared their knowledge and experience in the first half of the day, taking on mentor roles in the second half of the day so that the theoretical material would be reinforced in practice - challenging the ability to collaborate and choose a strategy to move the team towards results.
On the second day of the training, this team created a safe and supportive environment for various immediate and future transformations – to experience and overcome challenges together, to assess the limits of their capabilities and still be able to expand their individual comfort zone, to experience the importance of team focus and communication in practical activities, and to promote mutual trust in order to achieve the most effective result.
We leave these trainings with the slogan – If we want, then we can! Do it?!
